- Find a friend who wants to move to Downtown Allentown!
- Have your friend contact the leasing team by calling or texting 833-327-6246.
- Your friend must mention your name to the leasing team so you both can receive the referral bonus.
- After your friend moves into their new home, you’ll each get $250!
Some exclusions apply: A minimum of a 12-month lease must be signed. This does not apply to any City Center Residential transfer, a current resident or roommate changes.
