ALLENTOWN, Pa., July 20, 2020 – City Center Residential announced today it is preleasing and accepting deposits for Center Square Lofts East, a 169-unit luxury residential building at 7th and Walnut streets in downtown Allentown. The 5-story building is scheduled to open in October 2020.
Designed by JDavis Architects, the pet-friendly building includes studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments, with the first-floor apartments along 7th Street having walk-up access. Premier amenities will include the first elevated outdoor pool and toddler playroom in a downtown Allentown residential community, along with a clubroom with a fireplace and a courtyard with a grill and swings. The amenities will be shared by residents of the 95-unit Center Square Lofts West, which opened last year and is fully leased. Monthly rent for studio apartments will start at $1,200, one-bedroom apartments will start at $1,300 and two-bedroom apartments will start at $1,600.
